Why this is very good tour?

The tour is considered best tour as anybody can participate and does not have much walking. Except Tansen you can opt to have inspiring accommodation and you can even make Tansen as one the way stop and continue your journey to Pokhara. The tour takes to very different landscapes as it goes to southern plains and covers the hilly area. Driving through all this area is excellent opportunity to discover the geography, lifestyle, villages and to see different ethnic group living in the different part of the country.

The price of the tour

The price varies greatly with accommodation as we have different categories of Hotels in different towns. Please feel free to write to us. The price also depends with meal plans normally we give hotels with breakfast and in Chitwan National Park in full board. We can reduce the price by not sending the guide. The guided tour you will get just in confusing area of Kathmandu.

Trip Itinerary

Day 1: Meet our guide/ representative and transfer to your hotel.

Day 2: Sightseeing of Swoyambhunath, Kathmandu Durbar square and Patan Durbar square.

Day 3: Drive to Chitwan National Park (about 160kms, 5-6 hours drive in private car)

Day 4: Discover Chitwan National Park engaging in different park activities.

Day 5: Drive from Chitwan to Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha, about 150 kms, 4-5 hours drive in Private car. Discover Mayadevi Temple by afternoon time.

Day 6: Discover Lumbini including different monastery and world peace pagoda constructed by Japanese peoplein the morning and drive from Lumbini to Tansen, Palpa, a hill station specially famous for sunrise and sunset view and discover rich local culture.

Day 7: Drive from Tansen to Pokhara .Pokhara is second popular destination for tourist in our country.

Day 8: Discover Pokhara including early morning sunrise view from sarangkot with spectacular view of Annapurna range, sightseeing of Devi’s fall, Gupteswor cave, Bindhyabasini temple and Setiriver George Followed by an hour boat ride in Fewalake.

Day 9: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu, a scenic highway following river banks most of the way.

Day 10: Sightseeing of Boudhanath, Pashupatinath and Bhaktapur Durbar Square and drive to Nagarkot and overnight stay there at Nagarkot.

Day 11: Take a short hike to Changunarayan temple about 3 hours from Nagarkot, Visit Changunarayan Temple and Drive back to Kathmnadu.

Day 12: Free day in Kathmandu doing last minute shopping, rest and relax and prepare for a final departure.

Day 13: On proper time transfer to airport to take a flight back home or another destination.

 

Price Includes:

  • Airports pick up and drop for all international and domestic arrivals and departures.
  • All sightseeing with English speaking professional tour guide according to the itineraries in Kathmandu.
  • Decent accommodation throughout the trip with breakfast and full board in national parks.
  • Welcome dinner in one of the finest Nepalese restaurants. (Beverages cost extra on the client side.)
  • All private transfers throughout the trip except the budget series, the budget series goes on the tourist bus where available and where tourist bus is not available goes on the local bus. We strongly recommend taking private transfers as local bus are extremely inconvenient for foreigners.  
  • All necessary monument entry fees according to the itinerary.
  • All applicable local taxes and government taxes as per the itinerary.

Price Excludes:

  • Nepal visa fee. ($30 for 15 days and $50 for one month. Visa can be obtained at point of entry for many countries).
  • International airfares.
  • Lunch and dinner except mentioned in the itineraries.
  • Optional sightseeing or extension of the tour.
  • Cost of personnel nature like laundry, telephone, battery charging.
  • Cost arising due to any unforeseen circumstances like natural disaster, public unrest, flight cancellation.
  • Any type of insurance.

One can get a Nepal visa when they arrive to Kathmandu airport. The passport must be valid for at least six months.

The questions regarding the tour

We can make all inclusive if you wish but you always have choice on your own.

I don’t like to drive that long, what are the alternatives?

You can take a flight paying extra for sector Kathmandu to Chitwan and from Nearby Lumbini to Pokhara and Pokhara to Kathmandu.

I think Lumbini very hot during the summer, can I Avoid it?

Yes if you want to avoid Lumbini we are taking out Tansen and we will give you the choice of similar villages near by Kathmandu.
